Yields1 Serving
 2 pounds of sea bass fish fillet cut into medium chunks
 3 pinches of salt
 1 pinch of saffron
 1 tsp of black pepper
 1 tsp of cumin powder
 1 pinch of chilli powder
 1/2 hand of Italian herb mix
 1 tbsp of garlic powder
 3.5 tbsp of curry powder
 4 oz of white vinegar
 4 oz of lime juice
 Enough canola oil to mix everything together.

Mix everything together and let settle for 15 minutes

Add oil to pan and fry (or deep fry at 340º)

Serve with baba ganoush or hummus and enjoy!
