This is a plant-powered version of a pulled pork sandwich, and a classic at Lettuce Love Café. Young jackfruit has a surprisingly meaty texture and takes on the flavour of the BBQ sauce. Try it at home, or on the menu at Lettuce Love Café, now open on Kerr Street in Oakville!
