Prepare a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
Bring about an inch of water to a simmer in your saucepan. Set a heatproof bowl in the mouth of the pot, making sure the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl. Melt the dark chocolate. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla, set aside. Melt the white chocolate in a separate bowl.
Make a rectangle shape with the dark chocolate about ¼” thick. Tap your cookie sheet to get the chocolate to flatten. Drizzle the white chocolate over the dark chocolate. Quickly use a knife to make your own designs. Tap your cookie sheet to flatten again.
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios. To add a Valentine’s spin add heart sprinkles to the top and let sit for about 5 minutes until it looks dull and beginning to harden. Cut into square bark pieces. Makes approximately 18 3x3 square pieces of bark. Enjoy!
