Milton, Ontario, November 7, 2013 – Springridge Farm is all decked out for the holiday season! Their fantastic and festive selection of ornaments, decorations, gifts, gourmet items, baking and gift baskets await you. With freshly cut Fraser Fir Christmas trees lining the walkway to their 19th century barn, you’ll feel the magic of Christmas from the moment you arrive at the farm.
This year, Santa is taking time out of his hectic schedule to spend four weekends at Springridge. Mingle and jingle with the big man every weekend beginning Saturday, November 23-Sunday, December 15. Christmas activities during these weekends include painting a glass ornament and decorating a freshly baked gingerbread cookie. Each activity is $5 per person.
“Christmas is a special time at the farm,” says Laura Hughes of Springridge Farm. “It’s fun to see children visiting with Santa and families spending time together picking out a Christmas tree to decorate at home.”
With the cold November weather coming along, Springridge is warming up their kitchen with some seasonal baking. Complete your dinner party with homemade Gingerbread cookies, Holiday Berry Pie and Cherry Mincemeat Tarts. Cranberry Orange Muffins and Hot Apple Cider will have you craving a wintery morning!
