Must have: a Taste of Burlington!

Last night’s Taste of Burlington launch was a foodie’s fantasy! Well, for any food lover and Burlingtonian who appreciates good food – and the fact that we’re lucky to have a great selection of restaurants in the city.

I relished the chance to go to (taste) this event: an opportunity to try dishes from 19 local restaurants (the full list below). I told my tummy going in that I was going to spoil it, and it was not disappointed. In the time I had to browse both the upper and lower floors at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre where the event was held, I made my way (and my waistline) to 13 stations – plus a stop at Tamp Coffee for a little hand-poured brew. Can’t wait to make some visits around town this summer to enjoy a full meal!
