Festivals and Events Ontario (FEO) just announced their top 100 festivals for 2013, and of course, Burlington and Oakville made the list. It’s an ideal compilation if you’re a festival follower throughout the year but we’ve added a few of Halton’s events of note that were not included in FEO’s list.
